Customer Services Administrator (Full-time, Fixed Contract: Sept – Jan)

We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our team through the busy Christmas period. Friendly, enthusiastic and polite, the successful candidate will be assisting our customers via telephone & email. This will include taking orders, solving problems and answering an array of questions in a helpful & positive manner.

Good written & spoken English skills are essential and some level of experience with outdoor clothing & activities would be advantageous. You will need to be able to travel to our office near North Berwick.

Warehouse Assistant (Full-time, Fixed Contract: Oct – Jan)

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team through the busy Christmas period. The successful applicant will need to be energetic & motivated, picking & packing from over 4,000 product lines often with tight deadlines.

IT literacy is essential, and some level of experience with outdoor clothing & activities would be advantageous. You will need to be able to travel to our warehouse near North Berwick.
