At ArdMoor we are more than happy to ship your order internationally. Our delivery approach varies slightly from orders shipped within the UK, so please read our FAQ below for answers to any questions you may have.
For customers outside the EU, our site will deduct EU VAT (Value Added Tax) from your order but you will be responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties falling due (if applicable) which will normally be collected by the courier company prior to their making delivery.
If the value of your order (excluding delivery) is more than £500 then delivery is free worldwide. That threshold includes VAT for customers within the EU and excludes VAT for those outside the EU.
NB. For deliveries to Russia we will be governed by the increased Russian import restrictions. We would strongly advise using a business delivery address otherwise your consignment will have to go through the UPS procedure for customs clearance which you can find more about here https://ups.alta.ru/login

If your order is for more than £500 then delivery is free worldwide. For orders under that value, the delivery charge will be shown in your basket once you select your delivery destination country. Timescales vary depending on country, however we use UPS and the majority of countries are delivered to within two to three days once your order has been despatched.

When you require goods to be delivered outside of the UK the website will calculate the delivery charges based on the weight of what you are purchasing and where you would like it to be sent. This delivery charge will be shown at checkout once you have entered the delivery address.
For orders over £500, delivery is free.
You will know your order has been successful when you receive your Order Confirmation and Order Reference Number via email. This happens once your credit card transaction has been processed.
The method we use to send your item(s) varies depending on your location. We use TNT for overseas deliveries and always use tracking to ensure that your item(s) can be tracked after dispatch.

Please Note, if your parcel weighs less than 2kg we send it with Royal Mail who track it until it arrives with the local postal service.

Where import/export duties and local taxes are applicable, please note that it will be your responsibility to provide payment.
Delivery dates and times are given in good faith to the best of our knowledge and we do our best to ensure delivery as per your request. Should you decide that you no longer want your order while in transit, you will have to receive the goods as standard practice and raise a return with us for your order.
