ArdMoor - COVID-19 Update
Now that the government has told us all to stay at home, I would like to assure you that the care & safety of our customers is my number one priority.
As an online business we are in the fortunate position where we are able to remain open for business.
As such, we are able to take & despatch orders as normal via our website or over the telephone, so you can shop our range from the comfort of your own home.
As you would expect, our office team are now all working from home but please be assured that we are still fully available to answer any questions and to take any orders via telephone, email & instant chat as normal.
Our warehouse team now consists of myself and my immediate household who all live within an easy walk of the premises to ensure that all non-essential travel is cut out. We have instigated a routine where deliveries and collections are made without human contact to further cut down on any risk and we are following the UK Government’s advice to ensure we can continue to safely fulfil orders on a daily basis.
Most of our suppliers and their couriers are being affected in some shape or form which means that occasionally some of our stock replenishments are taking a day or two longer to arrive than normal. Likewise some of the Royal Mail depots are operating with short staff so occasionally what would normally be next day is sometimes taking an extra day to arrive.
If there’s going to be an extended delay then we will be in touch otherwise please bear with us as we try our best to operate as normally as we can to give you as best a service as we can.
Some of our UK based suppliers and distributors are now closed whilst the “lock-down” is in place so our ability to restock some ranges is a little more restricted. Thus you will see some styles and products saying “Available in the Future” which are those that we have temporarily run short of and for which stock will be replenished once those suppliers reopen.
