Great British Game Week - Dreaming of Duck for Dinner

We have had so many inspired suggestions for duck, we could dedicate an entire Great British Game Week just to this fantastic bird! Duck has long been popular in Asian and European cuisine. With a richer, fuller taste, its flavour is often complemented by fruit, such as oranges, plums, raspberries and cranberries.

Wild Duck can be less fatty and meaty than its farmed counterpart, but it is just as tasty and versatile. Today’s recipes are inspired by the romance of the French classic - duck a l’orange - as well as evoking the flavours of the Orient, with this warm Beijing duck salad. If Friday night is date night in your house, why not add a little romance to your meal with our orange and champagne infused wild duck recipe?
