You can never have enough pheasant recipes in your armoury. Probably the most prolifically available game bird and is readily available at a butchers, it is also one of the most versatile. After our delicious Classic Game Pie last night, we are planning a quick and light supper tonight. A keen young gun (he’s 15) and budding chef, Arthur kindly supplied ArdMoor with this delicious recipe – he promises he plucks, guts and cooks his pheasant (but does he wash up..?).
